NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

On 12 June 2012, the Company was notified that Ronald Shashoua, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), 1,000 Ordinary Shares at £2.75 and 2,000 Ordinary Shares at £2.70. Following the transactions Mr Shashoua is interested in 133,270 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.85% of the issued share capital.
