Hochschild Mining plc ("the Company") announces a change in the interests of Fred Vinton, a Non-Executive Director, in the Company's Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("Shares").
The Company has been notified that Bald Peak Limited, an entity connected with Mr Vinton, purchased 25,000 Shares at a price of £4.015953 per Share.
The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 5 October 2011 and was notified to the Company on that same date.
