The Company has been notified that during the period 9 April 2012 to 11 April 2012, Ramon Borrell, Research and Development Director, acquired 6,901 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 229.1 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Borrell's beneficial interest in the Company is 136,700 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19 percent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
