Tribal Group PLC18 December 2006 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholdings The Company today received notification that Capita Aesop Trustees Limited, thetrustees of Tribal Group plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP) has purchased 99 and 16ordinary shares respectively of 5p each in the Company at a price of 127.50pper share on behalf of Richard Collins and Julie Towers, each of whom is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility.
