27 April 2007 Personal Group Holdings Plc ("the Company") DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today been informed by Mr Kenneth Rooney, Chief Executive that on 26 April 2007 his SIPP purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 315 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 84,851 shares, representing 0.28% of the total shares in issue.
