The Board of Metal Tiger (LON: MTR), the AIM listed natural resources investing company, announces that the Company was notified today that Paul Johnson, Non-Executive Director of Metal Tiger, has today purchased on the market 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.976 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Paul Johnson has a beneficial interest in 4,125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.65% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
