The Company has been informed that on 16 September, following the exercise of options, Ariella Zochovitzky, non-executive director, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 53.5 pence per share. Following this sale, Ariella Zochovitzky holds options over 200,000 shares, which if exercised would represent approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's ordinary issued share capital as enlarged.
