Amino Technologies PLC10 August 2005 Amino Technologies plc Director's Share Transaction On 10 August 2005, Stuart Darling sold for 205p each 150,000 ordinary shares inthe company which he acquired following the exercise of options on 1 August 2005at an exercise price of 20p each. These shares equate to 0.26 per cent. of thecompany's issued share capital following the option exercise.
