China Private Equity Investments Holdings Limited announces that, yesterday, John Croft, Chief Executive, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of USD0.086 per share. These Ordinary Shares were purchased through Mr Croft's Self Invested Personal Pension. Following the transaction, Mr Croft is interested in 145,590 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
