Northbridge Industrial Services PLC24 April 2007 24 April 2007 Northbridge Industrial Services plc ("the Company") Directors Dealings The Board of Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the Company incorporated forthe purpose of acquiring companies that hire and sell specialist industrialequipment such as generators, load banks, pumps, air compressors, heaters andchillers, announces that it was informed today that Eric Hook, Chief Executive,sold 17,961 ordinary shares at a price of 180 pence per ordinary share on 24April 2007 registered in his own name to his SIPP (the Standard Life Self InvestPension Plan), with no change in beneficial ownership. Following this disposal,Mr Hook remains interested in 188,000 ordinary shares in the companyrepresenting 2.51 per cent. of the total voting rights.
