Directors' Transaction in shares
Imagination Technologies Group plc announces that conditional awards over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company which were made in 2007 under the Employee Share Plan (ESP) have vested. Details of the award are given below:
Hossein Yassaie (Chief Executive Officer)
The number of shares that vested under the ESP were 1,209. He sold these shares at a price of 275.0p on 6July. The proceeds are subject to income tax and national insurance.
Trevor Selbv (Chief Financial Officer)
