DIRECTOR/ PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Omega announces, pursuant to Rule 3.1.4 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the following transaction in the Company's common shares of US$0.10 each ("Common Shares") by a person discharging managerial responsibility.

David Burchett, Deputy Underwriter of Syndicate 958, notified the Company on 23 June 2010, pursuant to DTR 3.1.2, of his sale in London of a total of 600,000 Common Shares as follows:

Following these transactions, David Burchett has a beneficial interest in 1,871,429 of the Company's Common Shares, representing 0.77 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
