Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Philip Burks, a Director of the Company, bought 110,800 ordinary shares of 0.25p today at a price of 216.5p per ordinary share.

Following these transactions, the shareholding of Philip Burks and persons connected to him is 582,028 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.0% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
