NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTOR

Exercise of Sharesave Options

In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2, Dixons Carphone plc (the "Company") announces that Katie Bickerstaffe and Humphrey Singer, have both exercised a three year option granted in 2011 under Dixons Retail plc's Sharesave Plan over 1,505 ordinary shares of the Company, at an option price of 83.93 pence per share. The shares have been retained and their holding of the Company's shares now total 657,590 and617,770 respectively.

This notification is made on 15 October 2014 in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4.
