Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Charles Dunstone, Chairman of the Company, transferred 1,150,000 shares in the Company by way of gift into The Charles Dunstone Charitable Trust on 25 March 2013. He is not a trustee or beneficiary of such trust.

As a result of this transfer, Charles Dunstone now holds 294,059,396 ordinary shares, representing approximately 31.58% of the issued share capital of the Company.
