Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Quentin Soanes, Executive Director of the Company, today acquired 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 480 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr. Soanes is now beneficially interested in 1,168,010 ordinary shares, representing 5.57 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
