Director Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Mr Johnson Lau, non-executive director of the Company, has yesterday acquired 70,000 ordinary shares of US$0.002 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 37p per share. 

Following the acquisition, Mr Johnson Lau holds 70,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name (representing approximately 0.18 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company). 

JSL Consulting Co., a company controlled by Mr Lau, holds 64,717 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.17 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company).
