The Company was notified on 6th August 2014 that on 6th August 2014:

· Mr Fraser purchased 9,735 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his ISA at a price of 444.44p per share; and

· a person connected to Mr Fraser purchased 11,391 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into their ISA at a price of 445.35p per share.

Following these transactions, the total interest held by Mr Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser in the issued share capital of the Company has increased to 936,277 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.7240% of the issued share capital of the Company.
