Majestic Wine PLC has been notified that on 17 January 2014 Ian Harding, a non-executive director, bought 5,000 ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing less than 0.01 per cent of the Company's issued share capital) at a price of 500p per share

Ian Harding now has an interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
