Atlas Mara Limited ("Atlas Mara" or the "Company") has been notified that certain Directors and members of the Executive Committee, acquired ordinary shares of no par value in the Company as set out below, at a price of $6.25 per ordinary share on 29 April 2015.

 

The acquisition of these ordinary shares was undertaken by each individual as part of the ongoing non-discretionary trading plans that were entered into by each individual on 10 April 2015.
