Creightons plc announces that it has today been informed that Mrs Claire Forster, wife of Mr Paul Forster, a director, has disposed of 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company at an average price of 102.07p on 22 November 2021.
Following this transaction, the total combined beneficial holdings held by Mr Forster and his wife is now 1,078,318 ordinary 1p shares, 1.56% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
