Director Shareholding

The Company has received notification that David Harris, Non-Executive Director of Aseana Properties Limited, acquired 21,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 June 2011, of which 10,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 30.11 pence per share and 11,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 30.35 pence per share.

Following this acquisition, David Harris holds a beneficial interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.047% of the issued share capital of the Company.
