(a) The awards shown above have been structured as provisional allocations over ordinary shares in the Company. Further details of the operation of the SEGRO plc DSBP are available in the Company's 2014 Annual Report and Accounts.
(b) The calculation of the awards was based on a share price of £4.08, which was the Company's closing mid-market share price on 29 June 2015.
(c) As set out in the Remuneration Report of the 2014 Annual Report and Accounts, achievement under the Total Property Return (TPR) element of the Bonus for the Executive Directors was estimated at 0 per cent. The recently available IPD Benchmark data has confirmed the achievement under the TPR element at 0 per cent and therefore the payments for this element of the Bonus do not need to be adjusted from those disclosed in the 2014 Annual Report and Accounts.
