Carr's Milling Industries PLC (the "Company") announces that Chris Holmes, Chief Executive of the Company, today purchased 3,600 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 440 pence per ordinary share.
Accordingly, Chris Holmes now holds voting rights attached to 110,015 ordinary shares representing 1.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
