Director Dealing

Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that the following director and concert party dealing took place on 4 April 2013:

Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 45,530 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held outside of his SIPP at a price of 23.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Gavin Oldham No 1 Trust, a component of Gavin Oldham's concert party, sold 48,930 Ordinary Shares at a price of 23.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Gavin Oldham No 2, 3 and 4 Trusts, components of Gavin Oldham's concert party, each sold 22,980 Ordinary Shares at a price of 23.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Virginia Oldham, a member of Gavin Oldham's concert party, sold 45,530 Ordinary Shares at a price of 23.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Virginia Oldham Trust, a component of Gavin Oldham's concert party, sold 22,980 Ordinary Shares at a price of 23.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 231,910 Ordinary Shares inside his SIPP at a price of 23.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, the shares held by the above parties are as follows:

There has been no change to the Gavin Oldham concert party's total holding of 109,327,447 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 76.11% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
