Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") received notification today from Gary Marshall (Executive Director) that on 16 September 2013 he purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") at £2.25 each and 500 Shares at £2.26 each in the Company. As a result, his total beneficial interest in the Company is now 3,000 Shares.
