Omega Diagnostics Group plc (AIM:ODX), the AIM listed medical diagnostics company, announces that Michael Gurner, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 16p per share on Friday 13 July 2012. Following this transaction Mr Gurner's total beneficial holding has increased to 271,671 ordinary shares representing 0.32 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
