The Company was notified on 18th February 2015 by James Dickson, Executive Chairman of Vianet Group plc, that his pension fund purchased 10,545 ordinary shares at 80.5p each and 25,000 ordinary shares at 82p each, on 16th February, taking his total voting interests to 4,468,231 ordinary shares representing 16.07% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
