Asian Citrus was notified on 18 October 2010 that Mr. CHEUNG Wai Sun, an executive director of the Company, sold 60,000 and 30,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company on 14 October 2010 and 15 October 2010 at an average price of HK$9.34 (75.54 pence*) and HK$9.25 (74.81 pence*) per share respectively. Following these transactions, Mr. CHEUNG now holds 1,320,000 employee share options.
