Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons

The Company has been advised that Jolyon Harrison, Managing Director - Gleeson Regeneration & Homes, today purchased a further 10,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 113p per share. Following this purchase, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 1,027,450 Ordinary shares in M J Gleeson Group plc representing 1.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
