DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
IPSO Ventures Plc announces that it was today notified that Executive Chairman, Simon Hunt, has today transferred 51,128 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") in which he had legal title and a beneficial interest, at the current mid-market price of 15.0p, to a personal pension plan of which he is the beneficiary.
Following the transfer of the Shares, Simon Hunt's beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged and totals 1,511,765 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company representing 9.19% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
