Iomart Group PLC01 April 2008 iomart Group plc ("iomart" or the "Company") Director's shareholding iomart announces that on 1 April 2008 Angus MacSween, director of the Company,transferred 320,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company('Ordinary Shares') into a Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP'). Accordingly,320,000 Ordinary Shares were sold from his nominee account at a price of 45p pershare and 320,000 Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at a price of 45p pershare. Following these transactions, Angus MacSween's interest in the Company comprises19,286,304 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.40 per cent. of theCompany's issued ordinary share capital.
