W. Goodwin and Mr R S Goodwin, directors of the Company, are interested. Purchase of shares from J. M, Securities Ltd. The purchase on 21st December 2007 of 10,554 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany by J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which J.W. Goodwin and R.S. Goodwin areinterested, from the Goodwin family trust 'The J.W. Goodwin Children's Trust' of whichJ.W. Goodwin is a trustee on trusts in favour of his children. The purchase on 21st December of 10,554 ordinary shares in the capital of the Companyby J.M, Securities Ltd., a company in which J.W. Goodwin and R.S. Goodwin are interested, from R. S. Goodwin. The transactions were off-market for an arm's length consideration of £9.475 per share. Mr.J.W. Goodwin, Mr R.S. Goodwin and their sons M. S. Goodwin (also a director of GoodwinPLC), S.R. Goodwin and B.R.E.
