Devro announces that Michal Stocek, a PDMR of the Company, advised the Company on 28 May 2014 that on 27 May 2014 he sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), at a price of 247.75 pence per Share.

Following the sale, Michal Stocek holds 192,098 Shares representing 0.115% of the issued share capital of the Company.
