Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that 50% of the shares conditionally awarded on 7 July 2010 to Mr Robert Brooksbank, Group Finance Director under the Performance Share Plan 2007 vested on 8 July 2013.

Accordingly, Mr Brooksbank, has received 34,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

Mr Brooksbank sold 16,215 Ordinary Shares on 12 July 2013 at a price of 352p to cover the attended tax liability. As a result Mr Brooksbank has increased his holding in the Company by 18,285 to 196,055 Ordinary Shares representing 0.30% of the Company's issued share capital.
