Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons
The Company announces the following dealing by a PDMR in the Company's ordinary shares of 284/7p each ("Shares").
On 14 September 2015 the following award ("Award") was granted under the IMI Incentive Plan:
