Notification of Transaction of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
The Company announces that it was notified on 22 January 2020 that Anna Widlund, spouse of Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, sold 126,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 277 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 January 2020 in order to fulfil a personal financial commitment as a result of divorce proceedings.

The notification is made in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
