 The Company received notification today that Stephen Wicks, Chief Executive Officer, on 28 May 2009 purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at an average price of 9.52 pence per share. 

Following the above transaction, Stephen Wicks now holds 21,050,009 Ordinary Shares representing 12.98 per cent of the issued share capital.
