Regus Group PLC04 April 2008 Regus Group plc ('the Company') Dealing by Directors and Persons DisclosingManagerial Responsibilities (PDMRS) The Company announces that it has on 3rd April 2008 received notification that in advance of the proposed changes to the Capital Gains Tax legislation and for personal reasons, Rudy Lobo, Group Chief Operating Officer, has on 3rd April sold 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 98.60 pence per share. Mr. Lobo's total holding following the purchase is 2,197,098 ordinary shares in the Company, excluding share options.
