Titon Holdings PLC16 July 2007 Titon Holdings Plc ("the Company") DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING The Company has been notified that Mr. C Jarvis, a director of the Company, sold10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 July2007. The transaction price was £1.08 pence per Ordinary Share.
