Cosalt advises that David Hobdey, the Group's Chairman, purchased eleven thousand (11,000) ordinary shares in the company on Friday 27 February 2009 at 83.75 pence each. Following this share purchase, Mr Hobdey's total shareholding in the company is twelve thousand five hundred and twenty one (12,521) ordinary shares.
