Cluff, a director of the Company,yesterday acquired 52,364 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,representing approximately 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital, at aprice of 51.0p per share. Following this transaction, Mr J.G. Cluff isbeneficially interested in 2,370,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,representing approximately 10.33% of the Company's issued share capital. Ofthese shares, 25,000 shares are registered in the name of each of Mr Cluff'schildren and 150,000 shares are registered in the name of Mr Cluff's wife.
