Director Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Chris Moore, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same day at 36.5p each. Following this acquisition Chris Moore has a beneficial interest in 3,155,333 Ordinary Shares representing 2.42% of the issued share capital in the Company.
