DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company announces that on 20 March 2009 it was advised of the following transactions in 2.5p ordinary shares of the Company ("Shares").

Mr Ian Kenneth Miller, Chairman of the Company, purchased 12,500 Shares on 20 March 2009 at a price of 32.25p per Share.  Following this transaction, Mr Miller is interested in 27,500 Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr Ian Adam Godden, a non executive director of the Company, purchased 40,000 Shares on 20 March 2009 at a price of 31.85p per Share.  Following this transaction, Mr Godden is interested in 40,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
