Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces that Navajo International Holdings Ltd, an entity related to Roberto Danino, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Shares") on 8 April 2011 at a price of £6.2569 per Share.
The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and was notified to the Company today.
