Zotefoams PLC05 December 2006 Zotefoams plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Company was notified yesterday that: Dr Fairservice, the Company's Chairman, sold 22,000 ordinary shares of 5p eachin the Company ("Ordinary Shares") yesterday at a price of £1.05 per OrdinaryShare. Following this sale, Dr Fairservice is interested in 967,930 OrdinaryShares representing 2.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Nigel Howard, currently a non-executive director who will succeed Dr Fairserviceas Chairman on 1 January 2007, bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares yesterday at aprice of £1.05 per Ordinary Share.
