Director's Shareholding

The Company has today been notified that Stephen Wilson, Group Finance Director, today purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 1,450 pence per Share.

Following this transaction, Stephen Wilson's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 3,000 Shares which represents 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company that is currently 60,648,563 Shares. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 43,063 conditional nil-cost Share options under the Company's 2004 Performance Share Plan.
