Director's Shareholdings
The Company has been notified that Stefan Ciecierski. Chief Executive Officer, acquired 285,745 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.40 pence per share on Friday 16th November 2012.
As a result Mr Ciecierski's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 13,291,882 ordinary shares representing 11.28 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
