Cora Gold Limited, the West African focused gold company, announces that it was informed today that on 07 September 2020 Robert Monro, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a director, purchased 54,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 9.1824 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this dealing Robert Monro is now interested in 1,254,039 Ordinary Shares, equal to approximately 0.65 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
