The Company was informed on 2 April 2013 that Philip Green, Non-Executive Director, and his spouse have jointly purchased, in London, 3,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of GBP £15.49 per share.

Following this transaction, Philip Green has a total interest of 3,000 shares in Clarkson PLC representing 0.016% of the Company's issued share capital.
